2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

    • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days within Germany.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days within Germany.
  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, COVID-19 restrictions, or natural events.


3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. If you don’t receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at Service@BeLunDo.com for assistance.

We currently ship to Germany and select international locations. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact us at Service@BeLunDo.com.

Please note: Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility upon receiving the package.
