At Belundo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
If you would like to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Service@BeLunDo.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Items on sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you return an item that was damaged or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at Service@BeLunDo.com. We will provide instructions on how to exchange your item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
